Each month, we’re getting to know an Equativ employee from one of our global offices by asking them a few questions.
Meet Jarosław, a Demand Operations Manager in our Kraków, Poland office, and see what he enjoys about working at Equativ.
Q. How would you describe your day-to-day?
Each day is a mix of repeatable tasks/questions and high-level investigations with lots of money at risk. As Demand Ops, I am in the middle of the ecosystem, helping each of our internal teams goldfish and tame external alligators.
Q. What do you find most rewarding about your job?
With the constant change and progress around Open RTB and our product, I need to be at the top of my game about all the demand-oriented topics. I can be a pain during roadmap building making sure we are up-to-date with all the most recent changes. Last, but not least, the most rewarding feeling is bringing a lot of value and revenue to the company as a result of my optimization.
Q. What are some of your personal interests or hobbies?
Balancing free time and depending on the weather it would be: running, hiking, fencing, book writing, and miniature painting – with some sea shanty music in the background!
Q. What do Equativ’s values mean to you and how do you see them in action?
I see all three are displayed in everyday work. There is a great amount of help and cooperation from all the employees as well as kindness and care for the topics and clients. From my 8 years of experience at Equativ, I could say that rarely does someone turn their back on me or anyone who I work with.
Q. What is your favorite memory at Equativ?
All of the previous boat and island team-building outings.
