The strategic hire illustrates Equativ’s commitment to fuelling long-term workforce evolution, focusing on continually building versatile capabilities to offer greater value for clients across global markets. Overseeing Talent Acquisition in Europe, MENA, APAC, and the Americas, Alix de Carné Carnavalet will report to Antoine Mesuré, Chief Human Resources Officer at Equativ, and will be based in the Paris office.

Seasoned in multi-faceted talent coordination, Alix de Carné Carnavalet will guide the design and implementation of a robust acquisition framework, prioritizing sustainable growth, promotion of talent diversity, and upward mobility for existing employees. Drawing on extensive experience in creating rigorous recruitment methodologies, her key responsibilities will include establishing processes to ensure unbiased, best-fit selection based on core role-specific competencies, while providing ongoing management support and skills development within the Talent Acquisition team.

Prior to joining Equativ, Alix de Carné Carnavalet played an integral part in executing hyper-growth strategies at France-based technology company, Believe – applying a versatile cross-level hiring approach that enabled the Next40 firm to increase its headcount by 30-40% annually. Following previous successes in driving large-scale recruitment for pharmaceutical organisation Ipsen, Alix de Carné Carnavalet brings valuable insight and proven experience delivering projects.
