Since July 1st, Ingrid oversees all EMEA business activities  to support Smart’s growth. In this capacity, she sits on the executive committee of the company.

PARIS — July 11th, 2018 — Smart, the independent ad monetization platform, has promoted Ingrid Couasnon to EVP EMEA from Country Manager, France. In her new role, Ingrid will lead the business and operational activities of Smart’s clients in the EMEA region. She oversees a team of 50 people and reports directly to Arnaud Créput, CEO of Smart. 

Ingrid is responsible for all EMEA Country Managers and their teams with a focus on Spain, Germany, Italy and Poland. Ingrid is also in charge of identifying new revenue opportunities, through the establishment of strategic partnerships.

Ingrid joins Smart’s executive committee, whose role is to ensure the operational management of the company and deliver the objectives and long-term vision decided by the newly formed Strategic Board. Ingrid will be responsible, alongside her American counterpart, to align the ambitious strategic and commercial objectives to all entities that fall under her purview. She also represents Smart at conferences, round tables and events.

Ingrid joined Smart 9 years ago, as Business Development Manager before climbing the ranks to her current role.  In her most recent role as French Country Manager, she headed the sales and operations team for the local market and was responsible for developing new businesses to ensure the growth and profitability of the company.

Ingrid Couasnon is a graduate of the Normandy School of Management and has a Masters degree in International Skills Management from Audencia Business School.
