Smart’s Deal+ Offers Ad Buyers Curated Packages at Scale

 With one Deal ID, programmatic buyers access premium inventory at scale across quality publishers

PARIS — June, 16th, 2017 – Ad buyers have new access to premium publisher inventory at scale — and publishers can easily appeal to more buyers. That’s thanks to Smart Deal+, a curated marketplace Smart announced during the Cannes Lions.

For ad buyers, Smart Deal+, a curated marketplace, creates inventory packages at a scale that appeals to large programmatic buyers. A single Deal ID gives buyers access to a number of premium publishers at once, providing the same transparency of direct deals, but at scale.
Publishers benefit from demand by more and bigger buyers. Deal+ offers full price transparency, with no hidden fees.

After testing with beta partner Adotmob, Deal+ launches today in Europe and Latin America, focusing on ad formats including rich media and a small number of verticals, including news and entertainment. Smart will soon add new Deal+ packages for viewability, audiences, and events. These additional packages will roll out across the world over the next few months.

How it works: Deal+ sets up a unique ID in the networks of participating publishers. Smart then builds a package across publishers, sets a price, and offers the package locally and regionally, with global marketing support. Deal+ packages can be based on ad formats, verticals such as entertainment, seasonal events, viewability, audience profiles, and buyers. Deal+ is DSP-agnostic: Buyers can buy Deal+ packages with any DSP.
