These key hires in sales, partnerships, data analytics, and human resources will take leadership roles in the continued growth and expansion of the company into key markets such as the UK and US.

These key appointments include:

Yasmine El Hani – VP, Global Demand Partnerships
Yasmine joins Smart as VP, Global Demand Partnerships based in the UK.  She is responsible for building Smart’s partnership business internationally and driving revenue strategies for key demand partnerships with major media agency group trading desks, brands, demand-side platforms (DSPs) and independent trading desks (ITDs). Previously, Yasmine was Head of Programmatic Demand Partnerships Brightroll, where she was in charge of driving programmatic revenue and growing the European demand-side business.

Aaron Carr – Head of Publisher Sales, US
As Head of Publisher Sales at Smart, Aaron focuses on monetization solutions for premium publishers in the US. Aaron brings more than 10 years of ad tech business development experience to Smart. Before joining Smart, he served as VP Sales & Business Development for Pubvantage, an ad serving and unified reporting platform, where he led Sales, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. Aaron is based in Smart’s New York office.

Jean Christophe Peube – Global Head of Data Analytics
As Global Head of Data Analytics, Jean Christophe leads Smart’s data strategy and manages a global team of advanced analytics experts. He is responsible for enhancing Smart’s use of data to deliver greater value and actionable insights to publishers and demand partners. Jean-Christophe joins Smart from Expedia-owned global vacation rental site HomeAway, where he worked in business analysis and product management for over six years. Prior to HomeAway, Jean Christophe worked for global management consulting firm, Accenture, specializing in ROI predictive modelling and analysis for clients in telecommunications, retail, automotive and insurance.

Antoine Mesuré – Chief HR Officer
Antoine serves as Smart’s Chief HR officer and is responsible for developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in support of Smart’s overall business plan and strategic direction. Based in Smart’s headquarters in Paris, he brings executive-level global leadership experience in human resources and change management in fast growing, transforming, and M&A-driven organizations from diverse industries. Prior to Smart, Antoine was HR Director at AXA Technology Services, providing support to over 2,000 IT employees, after having served as Human Resources Director for over a decade at ORSYP, a leading software publisher.
