Each month, we’re getting to know an Equativ employee from one of our global offices by asking them a few questions.

Meet Jeremy, a Senior Account Manager in NYC, and see what he enjoys about working at Equativ.

Q. How would you describe your day-to-day?

As an account manager, my day revolves around maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication, overseeing campaign execution to ensure quality and timely delivery, strategizing for account growth and improvement, and consistently documenting interactions and preparing reports.

My role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to foster client satisfaction and drive business success.

Q. What do you find most rewarding about your job?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is the relationships I build with clients and my colleagues. These connections go beyond just business interactions; they’re built on trust, mutual respect, and understanding. Seeing the positive impact of these relationships, whether it’s through achieving shared goals, solving challenges together, or simply knowing that clients trust us to guide them through their business journey is incredibly fulfilling.

Q. What are some of your personal interests or hobbies?

My personal interests and hobbies include golfing, watching sports (and talking about sports), going out to eat, and hanging out with family and friends. I love to try new restaurants and experience new things.

Q. What do Equativ’s values mean to you and how do you see them in action?

Being brave means taking risks, pushing boundaries, and embracing innovation to drive positive change. Being thoughtful involves approaching situations with empathy, consideration, and attention to detail. Lastly, being together emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, and inclusivity.

You can see these values in our day-to-day at Equativ as everyone is always open to helping you learn and grow – both professionally and personally.

Q. What is your favorite memory at Equativ?

My favorite memory, so far, was our global seminar in Barcelona. It was an incredible experience to meet colleagues from all over the world and come together to celebrate the growth of our company, the merger, and the announcement of our new name.
